Delivery in mainland France and EU countries: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and 'Switzerland'

The transport service is not carried out by ourselves, but by carriers such as Ceva Gefco, Dascher, Rhenus, DBschenker, etc. Carriers are required to contact you to arrange an appointment.
You choose the day of your delivery. Packages are left at the foot of your home or site. Delivery upstairs is not possible.

Delivery times:

Items in stock are shipped within approximately 48/72 hours after your order. In addition to this, there is a delivery time that varies depending on your delivery location. Goods are shipped directly from their place of manufacture to your home, without passing through our site. We do not stock materials in the partner store in Coulommiers 77 FR.
Custom-made items are shipped directly after quality checks and packaging. In addition to this, there is a delivery time that varies depending on your delivery location.

Receiving your packages:

For deliveries by UPS, TNT: Check the number of packages and ensure that the packaging of each package is in good condition. Refuse to accept packages whose packaging is damaged and appears to contain damaged items.
In case of difficult access for a 19T vehicle (11 m long, 2.50 m wide, 3.50 m high), the customer must indicate this detail on their order form to adapt the vehicle. Delivery is made at the limit of the truck's access, in front of the house or at the foot of the building.

Goods inspection:

The customer must inspect the condition of each pallet received, look for any visible damage, check the integrity of the plastic film and that the warranty bands are intact, in order to be able to make reasoned reservations on the carrier's delivery slip if necessary. The customer then has the rest of the day to check their entire delivery. In case of damage, they must make their claim to home-et-bain.com by email, providing precise details as well as photos and/or videos as evidence. The damaged item must be kept in its original packaging for possible expert evaluation.

For deliveries by other carriers:

You must check your merchandise. Open all your packages. Check the condition of your items and the number of packages. If everything is in order, you can accept your merchandise by signing the carrier's delivery slip. If your merchandise is not compliant, refuse it and take photos. In this case, you must clearly indicate the reasons for your refusal or reservations on the carrier's delivery slip and notify home-et-bain.com on the working day of the delivery.

Additional notes:

The carrier will inform you in advance of their visit. If you are absent during the scheduled delivery, the merchandise will be returned to the carrier's depot and a new delivery attempt will be made with possible additional costs. If you do not receive any news from the carrier, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are a professional customer and have your order delivered to a construction site or to your end customer, you must designate a person to receive your order and provide them with reception instructions.
Our carriers do not deliver to difficult access areas (mountain passes, small streets, dead ends, pedestrian streets, streets under construction and streets inaccessible to vehicles over 19 tons). In the case of a delivery to a difficult access area reported before order confirmation, a quote may be issued.
If the accessibility of the delivery location was not reported at the time of order confirmation, homeetbain.com reserves the right to charge additional costs incurred.
Upon receipt of your items, please carefully check their condition. Any reservations or complaints for non-compliance or missing items must be reported by email to contact@home-et-bain.com within 24 hours of receipt.
